We are a husband-and-wife team who combine family, business, technology, and a whole lot of heart into one shared mission: helping families experience peace of mind during life's most tender moments.
Rulon is a Certified Funeral Celebrant & Certified Professional Consultant who has spent decades building businesses and developing leadership systems across the United States and abroad. His background in training, communication, and organizational growth shaped HeartLight into a funeral home built on clarity, integrity, and follow-through. He believes families should still feel confident in their decisions five years after the ceremony.
Bay brings global perspective and operational excellence. Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, with degrees in Social Development, Information Systems, and Business Intelligence, she previously managed multi-million-dollar projects before bringing her expertise into HeartLight. Today she oversees finance, technology, and strategy – ensuring that behind every compassionate experience is strong, reliable infrastructure.
Together, we created Annie's Stone, inspired by our granddaughter Annie, to provide headstones and support for families who have lost young children. Because every life – no matter how brief – deserves to be remembered.
