Wanda Baxter Webb, 89, passed from this earth on December 1, 2024, tended by her loving husband, Keith LaMar Webb, and her devoted children, at her home in Hurricane, Utah.

Wanda was born, March 1, 1935, to Simson Molen Baxter and Irene Johnson at Newton, Utah, the youngest of five children. She was raised in Taylorsville, Utah and was admired for her skill at being a majorette, her talent as a roller skater, and her abilities at secretarial skills. In her adult years she was a realtor and loved to visit the Islands of Hawaii.

Wanda is proceeded in death by her parents, her sisters Clyone Lowe, LaRee Ricks, and her brother Arden Baxter.

She is survived by her husband, Keith Webb, her brother Clinton Baxter, and her four children Jody Lybyer, DeAnne Tippets, Connie Pearson and Jeff Webb.
