Keena Ann was born the first child to Thomas & Dora Blake on August 18, 1952 in Port Townsend, Washington. She was raised in Boulder City and lived awhile in Las Vegas, NV. Married W. Scott Rowe in 1973 in the St. George Temple. They had two sons: William Damon Rowe and Darren Alexander Rowe. She later married Jeffrey Jorgenson (div.). Keena passed away peacefully in her home in Leeds, UT on April 4, 2025 with her sisters by her side. Keena was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her sons William Damon (Elyse) Rowe, Darren Alexander (Naomi) Rowe; and her treasured grandchildren Brielle Rowe, Brooklyn Rowe, Brinley Rowe; She is also survived by 6 siblings: Jeffrey R. (Dorcie) Blake, Dani (Keith) Bettridge, Layna (Ken) Larsen, Royal W. (Susan) Blake, Wade A. (Amber) Blake, and Ben R. (Marcia) Blake; honorary siblings: Brent (Vickie) Frank and Kory Blake; Aunts: Lola (Jerry) Glazier and Norma Bettridge; as well as 40 nieces & nephews, 94 great nieces & great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents: Thomas Asa & Dora W Blake; sibling: T. Kerry Blake, sister-in-law: Paulette J. Blake; nephew: Thomas Christopher Blake; Grandparents and several great nieces and nephews. As the eldest of eight children, Keena took on a nurturing, guiding role helping her mother care for her siblings while their father worked tirelessly to provide for the family. From a young age, her adventurous spirit shone brightly--she embraced life with enthusiasm, curiosity, and passion, always eager to try new things and savor every experience. Her love for horses was undeniable, and her dedication earned her the prestigious title of Rodeo Queen. She also radiated grace and confidence in the Boulder City Jamboree Beauty Queen competition, where she happily secured the position of first runner-up. Her beautiful singing voice brought joy and comfort to everyone who had the pleasure of hearing her. Above all, she cherished being a mother. She worked hard to instill in her boys the values of diligence and responsibility while ensuring they knew the importance of laughter and fun. Her life was a testament to resilience, love, and an adventurous spirit--qualities that left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Keena devoted herself to helping others, embodying the true spirit of service in everything she did. To those who had the privilege of knowing her, she was more than just a friend--she was a pillar of kindness, strength, and unwavering support. Her generosity knew no bounds; she extended warmth and compassion wherever she went. With an abundance of talents, she found immense joy in sharing her gifts, touching lives with her creativity and knowledge. As a trusted confidant, she fostered deep connections, offering comfort and understanding to all who sought her guidance. Her passion for natural healing was not merely an interest--it was a way of life. She pursued knowledge with eagerness, and in return, she shared it generously, hosting workshops to uplift and educate others. Through massage therapy, she sought to bring comfort, relief, and healing, believing wholeheartedly in the power of touch to restore both body and spirit. Her interests were vast and diverse--Not only did she have a voice that could fill a room, and a passion for music that was contagious, she found solace in books, delighted in collecting antiques and buttons, and endless inspiration in the world of art. Every facet of her life reflected the beauty of curiosity, connection, and giving. Keena Ann's legacy is one of compassion, friendship, and a heartfelt desire to make the world a better place--one act of kindness at a time. She was, and forever will be, a beacon of love, generosity, and light. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025, at the La Verkin Stake Center located at 481 N.
