Jordyn Rebecca Baldwin

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our sweet, precious, and beautiful daughter Jordyn Baldwin on September 12th 2023 after a long battle with epilepsy, at the age of 22. She was born on December 14th 2000 in Las Vegas, a city she had a life-long love for. This precious girl filled our lives with happiness and love from the moment she came into the world.

Jordyn was truly a sweet, kind soul. She could find the good in anybody and was as caring and loyal as a person ever was. She appreciated anything that was done for her, no matter how small and wanted to make her family happy in any way she was able. Her love of Jesus showed in how she loved and genuinely cared for everyone she knew.

She was excited by a unique variety of interests. Jordyn loved food of all kinds, especially sushi and seafood. Her love of books grew into her authoring several outstanding fantasy books and collecting an immense amount of incredibly creative ideas for books that would take ten lifetimes to write. She played drums and her taste in music was eclectic, with a special place in her heart for Disney songs, not to mention her love of all things Disney. Her room looks like a Disney collectors paradise. Her smile and laughter could always light up any room.

Jordyn, your job is done and you have received your reward. You now have the everlasting happiness, love, and peace you deserve.

Jordyn is survived by her parents, J.R. and Joy Baldwin, brothers, Joseph Petty and Johnny Baldwin, sister-in-law Tracee Petty, and niece Skylee Petty.

Although we will miss you dearly, we will hold you in our hearts until we hold you again in heaven.
