Emilee Hirschi Hilburn Obituary (2024)

Emilee was born July 12, 1951 in Cedar City, Utah to Garland Clark Hirschi and Vonda Hardy Hirschi. She died on July 4, 2024, at home in LaVerkin, Utah with her husband Henry M. Hilburn by her side. Emilee was the oldest of four children and the only daughter in the family. She has three brothers, Danny Clark Hirschi, Brian Hardy Hirschi and Garland Paul Hirschi. Emilee grew up in Cedar City, Utah and graduated from Cedar High School. After high school Emilee attended beauty school. Emilee married Albert Sonne Busker in 1973 and later divorced. They were blessed with four sons: Blair Albert, Blaine Sonne, Blake Clark, and Bently Lloyd. Emilee loved doing family history, she would go to the family history center, and she would also look up history online. She loved talking to family members to get new leads and going to family reunions to make new connections. Emilee enjoyed sewing and she sewed clothes for her boys when they were little. She made them jackets, vests and aprons. She was willing to make clothes for others if they needed help. She liked working on projects for her children and grandchildren. She was very talented and had a good heart. Emilee worked at her brothers shoe repair shop for a number of years, and used her sewing skills on trampolines, purses, shoes, and other items. She helped how she could. Emilee married her eternal companion, Henry M. Milburn, on July 17, 2017, in the St. George Utah temple. Henry and Emilee went on trips to see family and friends and Emilee especially enjoyed seeing her grandchildren. On their trips they saw and visited many temples, not only in Utah, but throughout the United State. Henry even took Emilee to Hawaii. She talked about that trip an enjoyed it. They spent their married life living in LaVerkin, Utah. Emilee is preceded in death by her parents Garland Clark Hirschi and Vonda Hardy Hirschi. Her brother Brian Hardy Hirschi, Son Blake Clark Busker and sister-in-law Barbara Hirschi. Emilee is survived by her husband Henry Hilburn, brothers Danny Clark (Jeanne) Hirschi, Garland Paul Hirschi, sister-in-law Melanie Hirschi, sons Blair Albert (Leslee) Busker, Blaine Sonne (Donela) Busker, Bently Lloyd Busker, daughter-in-law Kelly Li Busker and six grandchildren.
